You're not alone

Setting up your listing takes about 20 minutes, and you don't have to do it alone.

We'll work through it with you. Sometimes that's a quick call, pre-filling the basics for you to check over, or just being on-hand while you go through at your own pace.

Whatever works.

The parts that matter most (list price, floor price, and auto-response thresholds) are worth getting right — so we're there to help you think through them.

Tour details

Be specific. Travelers use your listing to decide whether to book — and to know what to expect.

Cover: what the tour is, start-time, duration, what's included (and what's not), languages, group sizes, and what to bring.

Photos: real, not stock. Trust travels faster with a face.

Your list price

This is the price you advertise — your standard rate. Travelers see it on the listing adjusted for their FX preferences and Touri fees.

Set your list price where you'd genuinely want to sell. It's not a decoy — it's your anchor.

Travelers have the option any time to "Buy now" at your list price.

Your floor price

This is the minimum travelers can offer at — you won't see any offers beneath this. Most travelers offer above the floor price.

Set it at the lowest price where an extra seat is still worth running. Remember: once fixed costs are covered, every extra booking is margin.

A booking filled at your floor is better than an empty slot.

Auto-negotiate

Touri gives you automatic negotiation options. You keep full control, and only enable these when and where you want.

Use these when you know you're happy with offers in a certain range, and don't want to respond to each one manually.

Disable them anytime you want full manual control.

Availability windows

Set the time slots you're available to run. Touri only surfaces runs you mark as available.

Can I list multiple tours?

Yes. Create a separate listing for each. Each has its own pricing, availability, and auto-negotiate settings.
