You have empty slots. A 3pm tour can be worth $90 at 2:50, but with no booking it's worth $0 by 3:01. That revenue is gone.
Touri lets you recover that demand, discreetly, without touching your public prices or your brand.
List your tours
Create your tour on Touri. Set your list price, your minimum (floor), and your availability windows. You control when you're open and how much room you have on price.
You only appear for slots you've made available. Nothing is listed without your say-so.
Offers come in
When a traveler makes an offer on your listing, you get a notification. The offer shows the amount and an approximate conversion to your list currency.
Touri's negotiation is bounded: short, structured, and fast. You respond — or let the system respond for you.
Accept, counter, or decline
Accept — booking confirmed. Traveler pays within 30 minutes.
Counter — go back with a different number. Then it's the traveler's move.
Decline — the offer closes cleanly. No explanation required.
You can set auto-response thresholds so the system handles offers that fall within your range — without interrupting you.
You set the round limit - usually 3 or 4. Keeps it moving.
They show up, you run the tour
Traveler gets a confirmation with meeting point and timing. You get a notification with their name, headcount and Touri booking code. That's it.
Get paid
Bookings are only confirmed when the traveler pays — before the tour runs.
The number you say "yes" to is the number you get. Touri fees are paid on top. We don't deduct below your number.
Your payout releases 48 hours after the tour ends, assuming no dispute.
- Makes your prices public. Offers are private to you.
- Forces you to accept any offer. You only accept if it makes sense for you.
- Takes away your control. Every parameter is yours to set and change.
