What you'll receive
On payment confirmation: their name, group size, and Touri booking code. They'll get a confirmation email with the meet point and what they need to bring.
At T−3 hours: a reminder with your travelers' names, headcount, and Touri booking codes. That's all you need.
If the traveler's running late
We ask travelers to let us know ASAP if they know they're running behind. How long you wait is your call, but we ask that you wait at least 15 minutes in case they show.
If they haven't arrived after 15 minutes, you're free to leave. The no-show policy protects your payout.
If you need to cancel
Cancelling a confirmed booking leaves travelers stranded at short notice. We understand genuine emergencies happen.
To cancel: go to the run manifest in your dashboard and choose "Cancel". The traveler is notified immediately and refunded automatically.
We'll get in touch to understand your reason for cancelling (not shared with travelers).
If you can't reach Touri and something goes wrong
Get in touch with support as soon as you can. We monitor for urgency and will respond fast for anything happening right now.
If any safety issues come up on a tour, contact us as soon as possible. This is a priority — we take safety reports seriously.
