If you need to cancel
Things change. Here's what happens depending on when you cancel:
- More than 48 hours before — full refund, minus any payment processing fees.
- 24 to 48 hours before — 50% refund. The guide held that slot for you.
- Less than 24 hours before — no refund. At this point the guide can't realistically re-fill the spot.
- No-show — no refund.
To cancel, go to Touri, go to your booking. Tap "Cancel booking". You'll see the refund amount before you confirm.
If the guide cancels
If the guide cancels your booking for any reason, you get a full refund automatically. No request needed. You'll be notified immediately.
We'll also try to show you what's still open so the day isn't wasted.
If an external event disrupts the tour
Weather, transport issues, site closures — if something outside everyone's control makes the tour impossible, we'll review on a case-by-case basis. Contact support as soon as the issue becomes clear. We aim to resolve quickly.
Exceptional circumstances
If something serious comes up, contact support immediately. Refunds outside the cancellation policy are at the guide's discretion - but we'll always pass the request on.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds usually process within 5–7 business days and return to the original payment method. We issue the refund from our side quickly — the timeline after that depends on your bank.
