Puebla's food scene is one of the richest and most renowned in Mexico, and this tour is the best way to celebrate it. Moving through the History Center, we combine history, architecture, and traditional snacks so you can discover Puebla through its most iconic flavors.

We begin in the heart of Puebla's Historic Center, where history blends with aromas and flavors passed down through generations. We'll visit the Cathedral and the Palafoxiana Library before starting our traditional tastings: molotes, cemita, and the iconic taco árabe. The tour continues through the Zócalo and the Chapel of the Rosary, a gem of Poblano Baroque architecture. Then we'll explore the Calle de los Dulces, tasting convent-style recipes that make up the gastronomic soul of the city. Next, we stroll through the Barrio del Artista, El Parián,and Callejón de los Sapos, combining art, tradition, and local life, finishing with a tasting of classic Poblano churro accompanied by a hot beverage. A tour designed for you to eat, walk, learn, and enjoy at a relaxed pace.

At the weekends, the Callejón de los Sapos has a special weekend bazaar that we will visit. In case any of the churches or the antojitos spot are closed, we may modify the itinerary or specific tasting. Please let us know when booking if you have any special requests or needs.
